Summary:
• Plays a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting top technical talent to join our organization.
• Collaborates closely with hiring managers across departments to understand tech staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Drives full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on technical roles and massive recruitment ensuring candidates are assessed on both skillset and cultural fit.
• Maintains the integrity of applicant data and pipeline via ATS and Excel tracking.
• Brings a tech-savvy approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring, leveraging knowledge of technical stacks, tools, and industry trends.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with engineering, product, and IT leadership to define role requirements and hiring priorities for technical positions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates via job boards, social media such as LinkedIn, large databases, internal ATS, and other tech-specific platforms.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct technical resume reviews and phone screens. Evaluate coding experience, system design understanding, and relevant frameworks or languages.
• Coordinate Hiring Process: Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer. Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, gather feedback, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Maintain Candidate Pipeline: Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified tech candidates for current and future openings.
• Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier tech talent by engaging with online technical communities when needed. Manage referral program updates, coordinate internal campaign posts, and execute email blasts to promote employer brand activities. Ensure consistent follow-up to maximize engagement and participation
• Data Management: Maintain and update personal recruitment trackers in Excel, using pivot tables to analyze candidate pipelines, daily activities, and progress toward goals. Track key metrics like candidates contacted, interviews scheduled and offers extended.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal company policies, including DEI best practices.
Required Skills:
• 4-6 years of experience recruiting technical and specialized roles such as Customer Service Support, Technical Support Agents, Billing, Networking, Data Analysts, Sales, and Finance positions.
• Proven experience with ATS platforms and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting)
• Ability to understand and discuss technical job descriptions and skillsets related to Technical Support, Networking, Billing systems, Sales processes, Data analysis, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail. Proven experience managing daily and weekly hiring goals, consistently achieving goals and targets.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment, onsite meetings and working onsite weekly.
• Familiarity with hiring for remote, hybrid, onsite massive hiring and technical teams
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in tech companies or tech-focused recruiting agencies
• Understanding of diversity hiring best practices in the tech industry
