We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic Alemán e English-speaking Customer Service professional to join our team. Responsible for working in a team environment to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers by listening empathetically to the customer.

Responsibilities

Works with Alemán customers via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
Be responsible for ensuring that our client and customers receive the best possible service.
Provides claims support
including status update
documenting claim details
and resolve product/report issues.
Emphasis is on effortless experience
identifying opportunities for self-service options
and ensuring first contact resolution.

Skills Required

Fluency in Portuguese
Identifying and defining the customer needs.
Listens to truly hear their customer and their problems
and able to explain solutions in different ways.
Focused on providing a positive customer experience.
Active Listening
Empathy. Passion for customer service.
